Once your teen turns 18, they can apply for the class C license with the Department of Drivers Services. In order to be eligible for a class C license, your teen must be violation free for one year and one day. Please note, If your teen is 18 years old and driving with a class D license all of the restrictions still apply (i.e. Curfew and Occupant).Police Department
