Linda Blankenship

Linda Blankenship is the Asst. City Clerk for the City of Richmond Hill. Mrs. Blankenship has been employed with the city for 17 years, starting out as part-time receptionist and working her way up thru the various departments to her present position Asst. City Clerk. Ms. Phillips serve’s on many different city committees’ and functions. Ms. Phillips was born and raised in Richmond Hill and has two son’s. Ms. Phillips graduated from Richmond Hill High School, achieved a Certified Deputy Municipal Clerk serving as the Chairperson for the Bill Cain Scholarship Fund in May 2006, a Certified Human Resource Manager in June 2009, and is waiting to receive her Advanced Certified Human Resource Manager designation in June 2013. Ms. Phillips is a member of the Georgia Municipal Clerks/ Finance Officers Associations, Georgia Local Government Personnel Association serving as Treasurer, and also a standing member in the local Exchange Club.
