The City of Richmond Hill is governed by the Mayor and four at-large Councilmembers.  The City Charter provides more information about the governing body of the City of Richmond Hill.

Please give your completed form to City Clerk, Dawnne Greene, when you sign in at the meeting. You may also email your completed form to Dawnne Greene at dgreene@richmondhill-ga.gov in advance to be placed on the council agenda.
