5. Who do I contact to obtain or renew my concealed weapon permit?

Call Bryan County Annex at 912-756-2066, which is located Matthew Freeman Drive in Richmond Hill.

6. Who do I call about stray animals?

Call Bryan County Animal Control at 912-727-3884.

7. Who do I call if I have an alligator on my property?

Contact Georgia DNR Game Management at 912-262-3171. The alligator must be at least four-feet long in order to send a trapper.

8. Who do I call about ducks in my neighborhood?

Contact the Park and Tree Department at 912-756-2317.

9. I’ve been having issues with mosquito infestations - does the city spray for management?

Yes, the city does spray for mosquitoes in the evenings during the summer season. It's recommended that you make sure that there is no standing water on your property that may provide a breeding ground. If you believe your neighborhood is not be sprayed, contact City Hall at 912-756-3345.

10. Who do I call if there is a dead or damaged tree near the street?

The City’s Park and Tree Department will send someone out to assess the condition of the tree. You can reach the Park and Tree Department at 912-756-2317.

11. There is a dead animal in the road. Who will remove it?

You can call our Street Department at 912-756-3808 and report the location for removal.

12. The street light is out on my street - who do I call to have it repaired?

To have a light repaired, contact your electric company. There are two providers in the city:
