Applying for Water Service During COVID-19 Pandemic

In the interest of public health and safety, and due to an abundance of caution in the face of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Pandemic, all City of Richmond Hill government buildings are temporarily closed to the public - including City Hall - effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.

Critical services including police, fire, sanitation, water distribution, wastewater, inspections and permits will continue uninterrupted.

Please regularly check in with our website for up-to-date information and to access City services online, including payment of water and citations. The City of Richmond Hill can also be reached at (912) 756-3345. Updates will also be posted on its Facebook page @WeAreRichmondHill.

We are temporarily suspending the requirements to apply for utility service in person at City Hall as well as apply in person to disconnect. Please complete the application for utility services and return it along with a scan or copy of your driver's license to our offices or via email to utilitybilling@richmondhill-ga.gov.

Your application fee can be paid via credit card over the phone with City Hall, or you can mail a check/money order made payable to City of Richmond Hill to us at City of Richmond Hill, PO Box 250, Richmond Hill, GA 31324. Please note if we have not received your application fee within 10 business days the service will be disconnected.
