The City of Richmond Hill requires building plans to be submitted in electronic format (PDF preferred). Review comments will be returned to the applicant and plans will be stamped once all required changes have been made. The FMO can typically review plans and return comments within 3 business days, however occasional delays occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
