Building Permits and Inspections
FOR ELECTRICAL, HVAC, PLUMBING, AND ROOFING CONTRACTORS ONLY:
ONLINE PERMITTING IS AVAILABLE FOR ELECTRICAL, HVAC, PLUMBING, AND ROOFING CONTRACTORS ONLY.
Here are a few tips and tricks to get you on your way:
"CONNECT" our online permitting system works best with Chrome. Internet Explorer experiences difficulties.
When you first sign up, make sure to use a valid email address - you will immediately receive an email to validate the signup process. Please continue to refer to the application documentation listed on the website, as it will still help you through the process.
If you’ve never used the online system, give us a call to get everything set up the first time. If you don’t see a job site address in the list try typing just the street name or street number and scrolling through to find it. Don’t include the street suffix. If you still can’t find it, give us a call at 912-756-3641.
In addition to the information filled out online, you will also need to provide a valid business license from somewhere in the state of Georgia in addition electrical, HVAC, and plumbing contractors will need to provide a valid state license. You may either download it into your online application, bring it in to our office, or via email. We must have a completed application before we can process your permit.
